A woman with long wavy black hair with blonde streaks, wearing a leopard print headband, is sitting at a wooden table in a high-rise apartment with large windows showing city skyscrapers. She has dark lipstick, blue nail polish, and tattoos visible on her arm. She is holding a lock of her hair with her right hand.

ADVISORY

COME TO ME WITH THE PROBLEM.

You don’t need to have the answer, the perfect question, or even know exactly what’s wrong yet. Bring me the situation as it is.

My job is to help you separate what matters from what doesn’t, see what you may be too close to see, and build a way forward that makes sense in the real world.

HOW I WORK THROUGH A PROBLEM

01. Start with the full story

I want to understand the situation before I start trying to fix it, which means giving me the context, the history, what you have already tried, what you are worried about, and the parts that still do not quite make sense to you. The clearer the picture is, the less likely we are to waste time solving the wrong thing.

02. Separate the problem from the noise
around it

Most difficult situations are carrying more than one thing at once: assumptions, fear, other people’s opinions, old habits, conflicting priorities, and sometimes an entirely different problem hiding underneath the obvious one. My first job is to sort through all of that until we can see what is actually driving the situation.

03. Look at it from angles you may not have considered

Once I understand what is happening, I start pulling at the parts that feel too accepted or too familiar. I want to know what you may be overlooking because you are too close to it, what you are treating as fixed when it is not, and whether the problem changes when we stop looking at it in the same way you have been looking at it.

04. Get realistic about the options

I am not interested in giving you an answer that only works in theory. We look at what is actually available to you, what each option costs, what it gives you in return, what could go wrong, and which direction makes the most sense for the life, business, or situation you are dealing with.

05. Turn the thinking into a decision

At some point, analysis has to become useful. The goal is to leave the conversation with something concrete enough to act on, whether that is a decision, a strategy, a change in direction, a conversation you need to have, or a completely different way of approaching the problem than the one you came in with.

BUSINESS MENTORSHIP

Sometimes one problem turns into ten. Some situations are solved in a single session. Others unfold over time, especially when you’re building a business, changing direction, or making decisions that affect everything that comes next. Which is why I offer ongoing one-on-one guidance for people who want someone in their corner while they build, grow, restructure, or figure things out as they go.

We can work through positioning, pricing, offers, branding, client strategy, difficult decisions, and whatever problems emerge along the way.

Bring Me the Problem

Tell me what you’re dealing with, what you’ve already tried, what needs to change, and any deadlines or limitations I should know about. I’ll review the situation personally and respond with next steps and a custom quote.
